Hi Sally! I was just thinking of you and want you to know that I did hear about your challenge with breast cancer. I've been working mostly with custom fur & memory bear orders but am now slowing down due to the strain on my hands. I just wanted you to know that once again I appreciate your help in getting me started. I befriended someone online who said she had collected bears from many artists, including a few from Sally Winey! Your legacy lives on! I'm so proud to have learned from the best!

First of all, I am amazed at how quickly you were able to repair "Bear Bear," especially right in the middle of the busiest time of year. When I got the notice that you had shipped him, I thought maybe it was a mistake and that you had only just received him, instead. I didn't think it was possible for you to work that fast.

The return of my daughter's-in-law teddy bear left me with a sense of relief and delight. Pads were repaired on ears and all paws. The bear was much softer as the stuffing had been replaced. The tail was repaired and the fur cleaned. My daughter-in-law will be so pleased at Christmas. I cannot thank Sally enough. The price was right - I know because I shopped around. The bear was returned in a timely manner.

Ty Bonsai had a weird facial injury that was in need of repair. Returned home clean and tidy, as good as new. Also sent a small post-war Steiff bear that needed its leg re- attached Original condition was respected. Thank you!

I sent my bear to Sally for a nose job and cleaning. Her turnaround time was fantastic, as I needed him back before I leave for work again, and he looks like new! I uploaded before and after pics. So happy, I highly recommend Sally! Thank you so much for taking such good care of him!!

Amazing and quick service!! My son was so sad when our puppy got a hold of his favorite tiger. She fixed him up better than he was before the incident. He was so excited when he saw him!! Highly recommend!

Ms. Sally did an excellent job repairing our bear. She contacted me along the way to discuss his alterations. She even found a brand new version of him (I’d looked, but was not able to find one) and offered to send that to me. Ultimately we chose to keep our old bear and just repair him. She used parts of the new bear to fix the old which did alter our old bear’s overall design, but we were actually very happy with his updated look. Her changes meshed well and were very tasteful. I would suggest you make it VERY clear to her up front if you are NOT willing to accept visual modifications though.

My son's bear had a new ear and tail, and they blend right in. The only way you can tell he's been repaired is the newness of the fabric, which will fade quickly as the boy plays with him. He's even willing to forgive the puppy. Repairs were done quickly, and shipping was as promised.

I sent Sally my very old teddy bear whose arms had fallen off. Sally not only put him back together again but made him look fresh and better than when I sent him. I highly recommend!
